The footprint is designed to effectively accommodate tenants whose needs range from 1,500 square feet to the full building. The building entrance surrounds a brick paved drive-thru entry court which leads to a spectacular glass atrium. This dramatic entrance features custom designed chandeliers and an open staircase connecting all three levels. The richly finished common area and lobby incorporate patterns of polished granite and marble.

A common conference room equipped with complete kitchen facilities is available to tenants to schedule important meetings and seminars. With tables configured for seminar-style seating, the room can accommodate as many as 40 people.
