The newest office building in the Pioneer portfolio is the 110,000 square foot headquarters for Time Warner Cable located in Pioneer Business Park. Constructed in 2000, it is a 2 story brick and glass curtain wall building which contains executive offices, a television studio, a 4000 square foot computer room and satellite dish equipment.

In selecting this site, which consolidated four separate business locations in the Syracuse community, Time Warner looked very carefully to find a location that would serve both their broad employee base and at the same time expedite service to their customer population. They concluded that a Pioneer Business Park address gave them the best of both.
