ACQUISITION CRITERIA
- Anchored Retail Strip Centers - neighborhood, community, or regional; preferably supermarket anchored, with total GLA of 75,000 sf or more, multi center portfolios are preferred
- Development Opportunities - vacant anchor spaces and/or expansion opportunities
- Urban Redevelopment - conversion of under utilized commercial and/or industrial space, including brownfield opportunities
- Purchase Price - $5 Million and over; all cash, or leveraged transactions;
- Due Diligence - expedited study period and quick closings;
- Joint Ventures - equity partnerships are possible;
- Confidentiality - All offering materials are reviewed in strict confidence.
