John is a Managing Director and has over 25 years of experience in the planning and development of commercial real estate throughout the eastern United States. He has a broad knowledge of all aspects of the development process including site assessment / acquisition, risk assessment, legal and finance, planning and zoning entitlements, construction and project management. He has been involved in the planning and implementation of programs to source and develop multiple sites for a major hotel company in high barrier to entry markets in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states. His recent experience includes negotiating the settlement of land use litigation in South Florida in conjunction with the approval of a master plan to redevelop a 130 acre parcel of land as a mixed use project, and the coordination of major redevelopment projects in NYC and Boston. John participates in strategic planning and has responsibility for analyzing, assessing risk, implementing and overseeing new business opportunities for the Company.
