MARK R. MANNING
Chief Financial Officer

Mark R. Manning, a native of Boxford, Massachusetts, is a graduate of Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts where he received his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy as well as a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Taxation. He began his professional career with a CPA firm in Worcester, Massachusetts where he was involved in compilations, reviews, audits and tax preparation.

Mark joined the Pioneer Companies in 1993 as Manager of Financial Reporting, was promoted to Vice President of Finance in 2001, and Chief Financial Officer in 2005. His responsibilities include participating in all strategic decisions affecting the company and its projects, creating and maintaining an effective financial management program for Pioneer and all of its related entities, and overseeing investments and financial reporting.

Mark holds a CPA license issued by the State of Massachusetts and has completed the extensive Certified Financial Planning Professional Education Program offered by the College for Financial Planning, Denver, Colorado.
