DAVID R. NORCROSS

David R. Norcross joined the Pioneer Companies in 2004 after a 25 year career with the Penn Traffic Company, a 265 store regional supermarket chain based in Syracuse, New York where he was Corporate Vice President of Real Estate and Store Development.

Since joining the Pioneer Companies he has been responsible for the development of several retail projects, focusing primarily on large box clients such as Lowe's Home Improvement Centers. In his current position as Managing Director, he is responsible for focusing on the company's direction of acquiring existing, primarily retail, properties.

David is a graduate of Alfred University with a degree in Economics and Business Administration. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, served as chapter president of the National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives, and served on Board of Directors for the Syracuse YMCA.
