In addition, the company continues to create relationships with targeted clients to provide a full array of real estate services on a third party basis.

Along these lines, the company is constantly vetting, through its extensive network of real estate and institutional clients, partners and professionals, hundreds of potential projects each year. Of particular interest at the moment is mixed use and adaptive reuse of more urban infill locations and secondary markets.
